been fucking slackin lately, havent wet a line in months...currently training for my first strongman comp on saturday july 25th.
anyway lil dubb's been puttin in work back home.

heres a lil sneak preview....i gotta step my game up, put the iron down and grab the fishing rod.

dont call it a comeback, i've been here before.

so deezys back, but heres the kicker, some punk ass stole my video camera, so all my new footage is lost....i fractured my left wrist snowboarding, so havent been out too much until this thing heals.

-last weekend we hit an old spot, netted some hog legs and hoped for the best, wind picked up hurricane style and blowed us out, so heres some pics and vids of that bullshit.

fishing hasnt been as productive with the wind and cold weather, bait is scarce, but were still puttin in work. lil dubb has been slayin the cold water trout, so double thumbs up for a boatload of 19-22inch sea trout.

-baithouse matt, aka "the master baiter" has been pickin up some nice redgrouper offshore.

-my boy hoover hit some nice reds, so keep it up.

Jeff were shoutin you out man, doing big things in 2009 and we just want to say keep up the good work! lets see bursa and freshwater rob back in some action. ill pick up a new camera and well be postin up soon. until then keep runnin that dog on em, and maybe ill get some time to head down south and book a charter with the best. http://www.lunkerdog.com/ everybody!

July Inshore Report -

BCB got into some nice reds that he cooked up. I landed a nice 37inch bull off a pinner (released to fight another day)....Happy Bait Time is here, green backs are in the thousands.

boats been out of comission, ended up going offshore in Adam Millers 17 foot skiff with a fucking 3.5HP 4 stroke. 1.5 miles to the first reef, luckily the weather conditions were ideal. Miller landed a nice 4 foot black tip that we gutted and cooked up...

headin to the north woods for a lil family vacation for 2 weeks. It always saddens me when I have to leave the Gulf of Mexico to go catch some walleye, lake trout, and pike....even lunker freshawater fish fight kinda pussy, oh well...definately gettin that budlight on....make it 2!
